Recorded on 1 phone 8 during a very heavy downpour in my back garden. Mainly heavy rain, but some claps of thunder too.

Was outside recording when rain started to fall. I went inside a tin shed and continued to record. Recorded on tascam dr-100 omni mics.

Recorded a thunderstorm using my camera, and mixed this existing sample of a thunderstorm with it. . Http://freesound. Iua. Upf. Edu/samplesviewsingle. Php?id=2523. Also used a few patches from a symsynth to build the thunderclap and some of the rain effects. Added some delays, reverb, compression and eq as well as splitting several tracks and offsetting them to create a spacial soundscape.

A bunch of gusts as a warm moist mass of air from the south steamrolls over southern illinois on, believe it or not, december 14th 2015. The temperature outside when i recorded this was 65 degrees! not quite the norm for this time of year. Recording made with the handy zoom h4n recorder using the internal microphones.

Recorded on 23rd july 2013 with an olympus ls-10. This was about 04:30 in the morning and has been edited with audacity (two takes have been put together). The location is essex, uk.

A recording i made using my 3dio binaural microphones (and zoomh1 as the recorder). Set up the tripod near the door to my balcony. You can hear the wind against the house, rattling a little in some places. Rain comes and goes, against the glass door. Some cars can be heard outside, on the wet concrete.
